Bella started her career nearly 24 years ago when she discovered her innate talent when she was young girl with her love for makeup. She decided to follow her dreams and went to school (Yvonne De Vilar) to become a makeup artist and skincare specialist. She graduated top of her class and became a Licensed Aesthetician.
Over the decades, she experimented with every routine imaginable, so Bella decided to create a company that could help both men and woman all ages, regardless of race. With a true passion for beauty, her greatest joy is helping people look beautiful and feel good about themselves.
As a skin care specialist she saw first-hand how much damage the sun was doing to people’s skin, so Bella decided to add airbrush tanning to her certifications. She knew she could help people protect their skin by tanning in a healthy way, and was passionate about helping people protect their skin. She did not stop there, she continued her education and became licensed and insured to offer Permanent Makeup. For the last 10 years she and has built a successful business in Baltimore Maryland, specializing in all beauty services but predominately PMU.
When Bella added Permanent Cosmetic Tattooing she knew she found her true passion, she wanted to help people look and feel their best and this was the perfect way to do so. So she went to school at Look Image Academy 9 plus years ago in Boston and Graduated top of her class, she became Master Certified as a Permanent Makeup Technician.There she learned how to do several permanent makeup procedures, including Microblading, Powder Brows, Lip Tattoo, Eyeliner Tattoo, Areola Restoration, Hair Simulation, Beauty Marks, Freckles, Stretch Mark Camouflage, & Lip Blush and Dark Lip Neutralization,. After years of performing these procedures she decided to become the best in her field, so she attended the Flirt & Flutter training school and earned her certification, then she completed training with the Phibrow Acadamy.! In addition, she is certified with Will Anthony in the Smoky Lash Enhancement technique and Paulina Osinkowska in the powder Brow technique, Courtney Stevens, Test Tattoo dark lip Naturalization, Shay Daniels, Test Tattoo, Girlz Ink, Mara Academy and so many more! She is a Master Certified Permanent Cosmetic Professional (SPCP) and is an active member always continuing her education by taking yearly classes to stay up to date with the latest and most advanced techniques. As a member, through continued educational classes and conventions, she maintains knowledge of the latest advancements and techniques in the industry. With all her years training under some of the best in the field she decided to share her knowledge by creating a training academy, this has been her biggest passion yet! .
After 5 yrs learning from the best Bella decided to take her years of knowledge and create a Training enter Inked Elegantly Training In Maryland so she can share all her secrets and help others become PMU Artist and follow their dreams. After 5 years of teaching she decided to travel and offer PMU in multi states where she now has a beautiful studio located in a medical spa in “108 Island Professional Park, St. Simons Island, Georgia 31522 suite E”.
